Affirm Financing
CLM Law Firm is pleased to offer clients the option to use Affirm financing to pay for legal services. Affirm allows qualified applicants to finance their legal fees and pay overtime through flexible payment plans.
How It Works
- Download the Affirm App from your Apple or Google Store.
- Create an account with Affirm and complete a loan application for the amount your legal services will cost. This will be provided to you during your initial consultation.
- If approved, create a one-time virtual card with the amount you were approved for. An Affirm one-time use virtual card is a secure, temporary, 16-digit Visa card number generated in the Affirm app or website for a specific, approved purchase. It functions for 24 hours at both online and in-store retailers (via Apple/Google Pay), allowing you to finance purchases with no hard credit inquiry.
- Select the Merchant Name: CLM Law Firm, PLLC
- Select your preferred repayment plan with installments (number of months to pay back loan).
- Capture or print the Virtual Card details. This card is good for only 24 hours.
**Financing charges will be added to your account per terms outlined in your retainer agreement**

If you are approved by Affirm for the amount you wish to charge, please contact our office so we can assist you with the next steps. Our team will guide you through completing the payment process and getting started with your legal matter.
